3. Ordering Process

Customers can place orders via WhatsApp (+91 99793 33021), Amazon (via redirect links), or our website greenageplants.in. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via message or call.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Prices may change without prior notice. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash (for offline orders), and Amazon payments (if redirected).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. Plants are carefully packed, but minor soil disturbance during transit is normal. Greenage is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted. Replacement is only applicable if the plant is damaged during transit or a wrong product is delivered. Customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for any replacement claim to be considered.

7. Plant Care Responsibility

Once delivered, plant care is the customer’s responsibility. Greenage is not liable for plant damage due to overwatering or underwatering, improper sunlight exposure, or neglect and environmental factors.
